Cancel or Change Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please act quickly! Once processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Time Limits:

  • Order Changes: Contact us within 24 hours after placing your order to modify items or addresses.
  • Order Cancellations: Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. To ensure faster shipping and prompt delivery, our fulfillment process is fully automated and begins immediately. This means your order is quickly prepared and forwarded to our shipping partners without delay, allowing us to get your items to you as efficiently as possible.

  • After Shipping: If your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You can still return it according to our Returns and Refund Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Bloomly, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Frequency & Amount
You will be billed every [30 days]* at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Optional Service: Adding a Monthly Refill (subscription) is optional and can be removed before and during checkout.

Confirmation: After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Manage or Cancel: You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created by:

Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Renewals: Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.

No Cancellation After Creation: Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.

Valid Orders: All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
