Welcome to GilmoreTote! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.
2. Shipping
We process and ship orders within 3–16 business days, unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gilmoretotebag@outlook.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
4. Product Information
We do our best to accurately display all product details, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Sizes and measurements are approximate.

All designs, product names, and content on this website and social platforms are the property of GilmoreTote and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
